Stellantis has created a new software organization in its journey to become a tech mobility company. We are developing a new software defined vehicle platform capable of providing customer centric solutions over the life of the vehicle. Come join the new Software Organization at StellantisAs a the IVM Product Manager for Application Experience within the Software Organization, you will support the development, vision and roadmap for products that are focused the convenience pillar which streamlines the customer journey, driving ease of use and convenience. You will be working closely with cross functional product and business stakeholders to ensure the platform supports their features and is easily adaptable to future customer needs. We are looking for a world class product leader and innovator to join our high-performing leadership team to shape the future.

**Job responsibilities include:
- Transform and mature how on-board messaging takes place, making the experience better for our customers
- Partner with Marketing and Engineering to create an independent user interface for messaging on-board the vehicle
- Lean into elevating the communication platform connecting to multiple channels
- Drive analytics ensuring that proper analytics are in place to facilitate decision making
- Establishes and owns the vision and strategic priorities with input from internal stakeholders
- Guides backlog grooming and prioritization of convenience products, while managing & prioritizing flow of work into the product backlog
- Ensures the product backlog reflects the vision and strategy
- Builds relationships with key stakeholders and other influencers who contribute to the definition and ongoing support of the new delivery software platform
- Owns the customer experience and customer journey
- Manages the feature descriptions and product line roadmaps
- Continuously researches industry developments, new market trends and understands how our products are performing with current customers
- Uses business cases to make the case for new products/technology
- Considers flexibility and scalability as core attributes of the platform
- Works cross functionally with other product areas within the Software Organization and across the enterprise

**Requisitos**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree field
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical teams.
- 3 or more years of experience in cross-functional areas of leading organizational with focus on Embedded HW/SW components development and integration
- Proven experience in agile methodologies
- Strong Customer-obsessed attitude
- Strong business acumen with proven product category growth experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment to ensure that segregation and overlapping roles are identified and coordinated.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels within the enterprise

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Masters in Technology, Finance or Management
- Prior product management experience with Automotive Cloud Environments Automotive HW/SW components and low-level Android/iOS/Linux SW components
- Strong knowledge on computer networks, standards and protocols
- Strong Customer Journey Experience
- Software development background in Linux, iOS and/or Android
- Knowledge of vehicle EE architecture and protocols
- Experience working in Scaled Agile Environments
- Recognized Scaled Agile Certifications
- Knowledge of agile platforms like JIRA, IBM RTC
