- Develop content for Shope Ads and other advertising solutions, including communication, product feature releases, educational materials, marketing, and KOL engagement.
- Create, deliver, and present training content to foster a deep understanding of our advertising tools, driving impactful adoption.
- Engage as a dynamic content presenter, showcasing advertising tool capabilities to internal teams and external seller events
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and survey support for educational content and product improvement.
- Identify and understand the pain points and learning needs of the target audience.
- Facilitate the translation process, reviews, and localization.

**Requirements**:

- Completed bachelor's degree;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Dynamic presentation skills to engage training delivery;
- Previous online advertising/digital marketing experience is an advantage;
- Detail-oriented and well-organized in a dynamic work environment.
