The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. - The Shopee Product Team's mission is to ignite opportunities for millions of people every day creating the right products to connect our clients with what they want, being sellers or buyers. The Product Team works closely with Asian HQ and other cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, roll-out, and iterate on products. We’re focused on making incredible solutions for our customers, and that's why we are looking to hire a passionate and entrepreneurial product manager who seeks to change the face of e-commerce as we know it. - Especificar as adaptações necessárias a sistemas existentes;
- Especificar novos desenvolvimentos (caso haja);
- Realizar o controle de prazos e garantir a implementação dentro da timeline acordada com o time de negócio;
- Acompanhar a realização dos testes de aceitação;
- Acompanhar e garantir o deploy e go-live das soluções em parceria com o time de operações.

**Requirements**:

- Bacharelado nas áreas de engenharia, negócios ou tecnologia;
- Proficiência em português e inglês para trabalhar com equipes locais e estrangeiras;
- Boa experiência em gerenciamento de produtos;
- Experiência em discovery, projeto, lançamento e priorização de soluções de produtos;
- Habilidades de pensamento estruturado/tomada de decisões;
- Pensamento orientado por dados;
- Capacidade de coordenação com times do mercado asiático;
- Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente ágil e de ritmo acelerado;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar no modelo híbrido em SP (Faria Lima).
