Product Strategy Analyst

Identify and explore business opportunities by defining a product portfolio and footprint distribution proposal for the Nidec Global Appliance, aiming at business growth, market leadership and maximization of financial results.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
1.Conducting an understanding of the market needs and translating into product requirements for R&D in order to define medium and long term product strategy;
2. Map and critically analyze market regulations, trends, customer needs and competitor moves and translate them into product requirements for R&D;
3. Define project scope with the main stakeholders, ensuring correct Voice of Customer translation into product requirements, window of opportunities, cost targets and project prioritization;
4. Create the project business case and communication materials/documents for project approval with top management;
5. Definition of Go to Market strategy (targeted market, prioritize customers, price policies, promotion strategy and define service level needed) for new product developments and product launch;
6. Manage the product lifecycle process looking for product rationalization.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Graduation in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Fluent English;
- Experience in the commercial refrigeration and/or HVAC business;
- Product and project management & finance;
- Analytical and communicative.

**Desirable**:

- MBA, Pos graduations or Masters on business, finance or engineering;
- Italian.
