**Overview**

Contribution on the Verification and Validation activities on a project / program.

Performs Verification and Validation activities, as defined in the V&V part of the Engineering Management plan and in the Verification & Validation plan.

**Specific responsibilities of the role**:

- Define verification methodology for selected deliverables,
- Define test plans and test descriptions for in-house activities.
- Perform and report test activities
- Represent Alstom in front of customers or partners, for instance to provide overview of test progress and issues.
- Specify, procure, develop, setup and configure assets such as testbenches and instrumentation
- Provide data to maintain applicable KPIs
- Follow-up with Comissioning team support about tests exported to site execution
- Manage configuration and change management cycle related with V&V activities (simulation configuration, anomaly tracking, etc.)

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education Requirements**:Graduated on engineering or scientific topics
- **Foreign language**:Fluence in English, Basic in Spanish
- **Competencies & Skills**:

- Open-minded
- (Self) entrepreneurial
- Problem setting and problem solving
- Sense of urgency
- Writing skills required: clarity, rigor and concision
- **Experience**:

- Technician background on validation activities as test execution using simulation tools on laboratory.
- Knolodgement on test environment configuration and Test document elaboration;
- Good analytical skill is required;
- Desireble: Understanding and experience in Software coding and Railway Signaling sytems
- **Travel required - **No
