Purchasing and Supply Senior Analyst

a) Support in the processes of Purchasing, supplies and service related to Janeiro Offshore;
b) Support on follow up of import and export processes with freight forwarder;
c) To carry out the internal demands and of Janeiro Offshore's customers;
d Perform the controls and reports of the Purchasing and Supply Department;
e) Follow up with Petrobras logistics;
f) Comply with and enforce the policies and procedures of Janeiro Offshore and legal requirements pertinent to the activity;
g) Perform other activities that are directed by the Purchasing and Supply Manager.
Daily routine:
- Updates of the currently demands from department;
- Raise Purchase order for service requisition;
- Support on follow up in import and export shipment with freight forwarder;
- Check and verify invoices of service to assistant send for payment;
- Support for raising materials RFQ;
- Support in logistics with Petrobras to escalate the level once necessary;
- Controls and reports of the Purchasing and Supply Department.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics or related area, Or Recognition of sound experience in place of formal qualifications is acceptable.
- Knowledge and understanding of marine / technical equipment and related logistics management gained within the international Oil & Gas service industry.
- Knowledge and use of Petrobras logistics system.
- Knowledge and use of computerized Purchasing system, preferably ABS NSE.
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing.
