Summary
- Will work with: (Accountabilities)_- Revise and store project documentation and registers- Develop digital tools to improve the department’s processes and project portfolio management- Support department with project planning using MS Project- Develop statistical analysis related to technical projects handled within the department- Perform audits on projects to ensure full adherence to the execution model and provide quality reports- Contribute to the continuous routine improvement- Develop KPI dashboard using excel and power BI- Working according to the company HSSE rules- Contribute to develop internal training material

Required Qualifications
- Engineering Student (Industrial engineering or equivalent)
- Desired to hold a technician degree (automation, mechanics, or equivalent)
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Basic of VBA, Excel macros, and MS Project
- Desired to have concluded the following courses:

- Project management
- Statistics
- Organization Process Improvement (Lean thinking)
