**Purpose of Position**:
**Major Areas of Responsibility**:

- Development of NPI program plans and schedules, driving, and tracking all NPI activities to closure and product release
- Provide program updates views to Executive Management to communicate progress and highlight issues.
- Validation of product and system functionality to ensure compliance with product requirements, highlighting critical issues, functionality gaps and workarounds
- Compatibility testing of product against the ecosystem of Hexagon products and their variants
- Overseeing pilot and field testing activities
- Review of technical enablement material to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to product release
- Meet key performance indicators as defined by Management Team
- International travel is required
- Other duties, as assigned

**Knowledge and Experience - Required**:

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Mining Industry, preferably in a mining technology support or administration role.
- Strong sense of urgency and responsibility, self-managed, able to work in fast-paced and changing environments with a hands-on attitude. Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Effective change management skills with ability to drive a continuous improvement mindset with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interface at all levels and functions.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

**Knowledge and Experience - Desired**:

- Experience with SQL and Databases
- Experience with bug tracking and development tools (Jira, aHa, Salesforce)
- Black Belt certification
- Spanish or other languages beneficial

**Travel**:

- International Travel availability - expected at 20 to 40%

**Additional Information**:

- This is a global role, can be based in US (Tucson or Denver), Canada (Calgary or Vancouver)
- Salary commensurate with experience and work location.
- Immediate start if possible
