Product Manager for Ozempic(R)

The position will be based in São Paulo (Brazil).
**The Position**
As a Product Manager for Ozempic®, you will be accountable for keep, develop and implement a cross-functional plan that will support the Diabetes portfolio growing.
While your main responsibilities will revolve around Planning, co-developing and implementing stakeholder activation strategies, you will also identify trends and insights to achieve maximum impact with social media campaigns bringing innovative actions.
- You will implement medical education initiatives to engage HCPs (Health Care Professional) on Diabetes management and disease awareness initiatives to activate more patients towards the search for the right Diabetes treatment.
- Anticipate changes in the environment and stay up to date with digital trends as well as the healthcare environment, implementing appropriate and differential solutions.
- Working as Product Manager requires high level of flexibility and ability to change and innovate according to the different scenarios.
**Qualifications**
- University degree in any discipline combined with postgrad or MBA in business.
- Fluent in oral and written English and Portuguese.
- Strong experience in Marketing: managing, developing, and implementing cross-functional plan for strategic portfolio.
- Previous experience as Product Manager in a multinational is desirable.
- Knowledge about Data Insights and Innovation in agile and design thinking methodology is highly desirable
