**About the position**

As a Learning and Development Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Developing, implementing, and managing learning development tracks, with a focus on leadership and technical development.
- Creating personalized learning solutions that engage different audiences and promote results.
- Continuously monitoring, updating, and managing content to reflect current and future competencies.
- Evaluating the impact of L&D programs and proposing improvements based on KPIs and analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in developing technical learning tracks in tech companies or startups.
- Experience in developing leadership programs.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and experience with L&D indicators.
- Advanced English.

**Differentials**
- Solid knowledge of agile L&D practices, creating and adapting content for different audiences.
- Postgraduate studies/certification or experience in Project Management.
- Intermediate/advanced Spanish.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions.
