**Business Development Representative (Brasil)**

Como **Business Development Representative (BDR-Brasil)**, você será responsável por gerar novas oportunidades de negócio mediante a qualificação de leads. Você estabelecerá, cultivará e manterá relações com contas já existentes, dando seguimento para compreender as suas necessidades e interesses.

O BDR será chave para o crescimento da empresa e para o alcance dos objetivos do departamento de vendas. Como parte essencial da equipe, você terá a oportunidade de contribuir com ideias para melhorar os processos de venda dentro da empresa.

Buscamos um Júnior com habilidades de comunicação, capaz de identificar problemas e necessidades dos clientes, pró-ativo, analítico, consultor, com alta tolerância à mudanças, disposto a aprender e gerar mudanças, focado em resultados e processos de melhoria.

**Principais responsabilidades**
- Qualificar leads de campanhas de marketing para detectar oportunidades de negócio
- Contatar leads por meio de chamadas, correio eletrônico e redes sociais.
- Envolver-se em comunidades online
- Buscar novas oportunidades de forma pró-ativa: “Outbound”.
- Ser o primeiro nexo entre a empresa e novos leads
- Relatório de métricas e gestão relacionado ao acompanhamento e geração de leads

**Requisitos mínimos**
- Bacharelado ou licenciatura em Administração de Empresas (com ênfase em vendas ou marketing), Comunicação, Negócios Internacionais, Finanças ou afins.
- Experiência de 1 ano em posições similares em empresas de tecnologia (SaaS, Start Up)
- Experiência demonstrada em qualificação de leads com base em um ICP e técnicas de vendas.
- Experiência utilizando CRMs de vendas como Salesforce e Outreach.
- Ser residente do Brasil
