Como Community Manager, você será responsável por liderar e executar as estratégias de mídia social na Agência. No relacionamento proativo com as comunidades das marcas atendidas, identificando potencial de conteúdo a partir de insights, direcionando coberturas de eventos para obter engajamento e se conectando também a frente de monitoramento e atendimento ao público nas redes sociais. Este papel exige uma combinação de habilidades de liderança, criatividade, análise, forte capacidade de comunicação e engajamento de equipe.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desenvolver e liderar a implementação de estratégias de mídia social para os clientes da agência, garantindo que as campanhas atinjam os objetivos estabelecidos.
- Manter um relacionamento próximo e regular com os clientes sobre o desempenho das campanhas e iniciativas de mídia social.
- Liderar a produção de conteúdo criativo e envolvente para diversas plataformas de mídia social, garantindo que o conteúdo seja alinhado com a marca e as metas do cliente.
- Coordenar e executar coberturas de eventos em tempo real nas redes sociais, garantindo uma presença online eficaz e engajada durante eventos especiais.
- Liderar a frente de monitoramento e atendimento ao cliente (SAC) nas redes sociais, garantindo que todas as consultas e preocupações dos clientes sejam tratadas de maneira rápida e profissional direcionando o time.
- Monitorar e analisar continuamente o desempenho das campanhas de mídia social, identificando oportunidades de otimização e fornecendo insights acionáveis para melhorias futuras.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprovada em gestão de mídia social, liderança de equipe e relacionamento com clientes, preferencialmente em uma agência de publicidade ou ambiente semelhante.
- Conhecimento profundo das principais plataformas de mídia social e das melhores práticas para engajamento de público, produção de conteúdo e gerenciamento de comunidades.
- Proficiência no uso de ferramentas de monitoramento e análise de mídia social, com experiência específica no Buzzmonitor sendo altamente desejável.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, com a capacidade de construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com clientes e colegas de equipe.
- Fortes habilidades analíticas, com a capacidade de interpretar dados e extrair insights significativos para orientar as estratégias de mídia social.
- Capacidade de liderar e motivar uma equipe, gerenciar múltiplos projetos e cumprir prazos.
- Formação em Comunicação, Marketing, Publicidade ou área relacionada é desejável.
