eProductivity Software is hiring for an HRIS Analyst to join our HR Team, located in our Pittsburgh, PA office, with the option to be hybrid. In this role you will oversee and manage the project for our HRIS implementation & operation, ensuring compliance with related local & global regulations in partnership with our HR Business Partners across the globe, while also ensuring that the scope and implementation of our HRIS System aligns with our business needs.

As this is a new and growing team, the role will also include responsibilities to process employee data, produce HR-related reports.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide implementation, maintenance and enhancement services within a new UKG Ulitpro HRIS suite as we transition from our current shared system
- Vendor Management and Partnership as it relates to our project scope and implementation and ongoing relationship post system implementation.
- Collaborates closely with our IT staff to ensure alignment with IT requirements.
- Close collaboration with HR Leader and other business leaders on business needs and system requirements to ensure fit for purpose in the organization.
- Designs manuals & documents procedures of data processing, system configuration and system training for our end-users
- Generates ad-hoc and reoccurring report writing such as benefits, hiring costs, employee data reports, etc.
- Partners with other business functions for system integration activities (Finance, IT, etc.)
- Owns and manages our HRIS daily operation
- Processes data of employee including working hours, leaves, and wages (in partnership with our HR Operations Team members)

**Required Qualifications Include**:

- Progressive working experience in an HRIS system, specifically with UKG.
- Understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR
- Experience with HR database administration, system configuration, bug fix, report writing, etc.
- Familiarity with Database, ATS, Performance Management, Payroll and other full suite HRIS system modules.
- Solid understanding of industry best practice
- Leadership experience a plus
- Ability to work well with all levels of the organization to understand business need and translate into system requirements
- Strong HR business accumen to ensure system fit for purpose
- Great analytical skills
- Prior system implementation is a key asset.
