Multinacional do segmento do Agronegócio, líder mundial no abastecimento, processamento, e fornecimento de produtos e ingredientes de grãos e sementes oleaginosas. Possui 5 Centros de Serviços Compartilhados (CSC) no mundo.

**Knowledge and Technical Competencies**:

- Agile methodologies and governance
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience integrating products with ERP (SAP) is a plus
- High level knowledge of DevOps principles and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- English at professional level
- Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience with LEANIX and TOGAF are a plus
- Experience with Microservices and API design and maintenance is required
- Basic knowledge of Security standards and audit processes is a plus

**INFORMAÇÕES COMPLEMENTARES**:
Main Accountabilities:

- Work with the Product Owner to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stack
- Partnernig with the Product Owner in requeriments definition and acceptance criteria, and communicate tradeoffs effectively with Tech Teams, providing project estimates and timelines
- Share responsibility with Product Owner for building reusable and scalable componentes, versioning the product efficiently and effectively
- Oversee the FinCrop technical team (internal & external - majority) and synchronize all projects and business requirements - analyzing them and planning deliverables
- Manage the delivery of FinCrop projects and products, overseeing deployments and new releases.
- Result-driven achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals, identifying risks and forming contingency plans
- Write and present progress reports (all org levels - to technical teams and main stakeholders)
- Constant look for better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution, identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects, challenging Business and Tech Teams to ensure the best equation for Bunge Technology and FinCrop
- Ability to work in complex environment and manage changes, assess risk and provide guidance for C-Level decision making
- Be part of Bunge Technology team, aligning and contributing to the governance in place
- Promote Collaboration and Engagement
- Manage a team of developers and provide guidance and support to ensure they are able to perform at their best
- Oversee the development of software products from conception to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet business requirements and are aligned with overall EACoE Strategy
- Implement and improve processes for software development, including agile methodologies, code reviews, and automated testing
- Ensure that projects are delivered with appropriate documentation and knowledge transfer to support maintenance and future development
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, quality, and overall team performance
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development to inform future development and team strategy

Education/Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration or Technology related field
- At least 5 years of experience of people management and vendor management
- Strong background of technical skills, including proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development tools (.NET and Java are a plus)
- Experience with agile development methodologies and software development best practices
- Previous experiences with global teams and environments is a plus
