(Senior-) Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated **(Senior-) **Marketing Manager**. This person will be responsible for executing local marketing activities across Brazil and collaborating with the HQ marketing team to drive growth for Flixbus in Brazil. This role encompasses a broad range of topics with a focus on Offline Marketing, Partnerships, Direct Marketing, and Social Media.

**Your Tasks - Paint the world green**:

- Collaborate with local business teams and the HQ Marketing Team to execute varied marketing activities in Brazil, with a heavy focus on offline campaigns.
- Identify new potential partnership and collaboration opportunities with brands, events, and organizations in Brazil to drive revenue and strategic objectives. Initiate meetings, propose partnership frameworks, and negotiate the mutually beneficial conditions.
- Take full ownership of direct marketing activities (offline voucher distribution, direct mailing) involving their planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing to challenge Flix business-as-usual and propose local adaptations that should be considered while ensuring consistent brand messaging and alignment with Flixbus overall marketing strategy.
- Actively contribute to the annual and recurring Marketing planning activities.
- Coordinate social media efforts with global agency, local team and HQ stakeholders

**Your Profile - Ready to hop on board**:

- Ideally 3 to 5 years of work experience preferably in a similar role (partnerships, offline, growth marketing).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to back up assumptions.
- Strong social, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Focus on achievement and a strong entrepreneurial drive.
- You have a creative mindset and can think outside of the box.
- You are a self-starter and able to work proactively and independently as the wider team is based in multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of country nuances and popular culture in Brazil.
- Fluent in English and native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese. Additional languages would be a plus.
