**We are currently recruiting a Senior Finance Analyst to be based in São José dos Campos or Cali.**

Deliver Finance team is part of Consumer Supply Chain Finance LATAM, the team scope includes Inbound Freight Cost Management, complex financial transactions and flows for all SC Consumer LATAM entities. Deliver Finance team ensures that all supply chain/cost transactions, analysis, and reporting are accurate and compliant with Johnson & Johnson guidelines.
The Deliver Senior Finance Analyst will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality service delivery model through strong collaboration across Business and Finance. In addition, understanding the SC processes, systems, and ability to effectively frame and communicate with leaders, will be important to the success of the team. To be successful with these efforts, the Deliver Senior Finance Analyst must demonstrate strong signs of the Leadership Imperative qualities of Connect, Lead and Grow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Consumer Health LATAM’s Inbound Freight Costs
- Lead business partners through all critical forecasting cycles and evaluate internal and external risks and market drivers.
- Perform monthly closing activities and reports
- Drive improvement and standardization on Inbound Freight Costs
- Development of metrics and KPIs to support business decision and cost control
- Demonstrate strong financial leadership by providing recommendations for improving the value of the financial information supplied to upper management and providing guidance to business partners.
- Support key projects
- Provide Financial analysis on ad-hoc basis
- Support in Internal Compliance Audits and Local Statutory audit
- Ensure compliance to WWPs and SOX controls

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- Advanced English is required (Spanish is a plus)
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
- Proven experience in Finance/Accounting is required
- SAP and TM1 preferred, Microsoft Office required.
- Experience as Finance or related business partner
- Experience with Finance Compliance procedures
