Identificar tendências e gerar insights que possam apoiar a estratégia de S&CM;
- Responsável por transformar dados em insights de forma organizada;
- Responsável por gerar dados e indicadores do mercado segurador (SUSEP), comparando com concorrentes e identificar oportunidades;
- Responsável por atividades rotineiras da área, como: atualização de informes;
- Gerar relatórios regulares de monitoramento e evolução das atividades;
- Responsável pela construção de relatórios e apresentações com análises de performance e oportunidades para categorias e canais, abordando KPIs como volume, valor, share, distribuição, comportamento de compra e consumo;
- Atuará com Power BI
- Interface com times comercial e marketing
- Graduação completa;
- Bons conhecimentos em Power BI
- Pacote Office Avançado (Excel, Access e Powerpoint);
- Experiência na área de Marketing e/ou Inteligência de Mercado, com foco em insights;
- Capacidade analítica, habilidade em análise de dados e planejamento estratégico;
- Ser uma pessoa flexível para cenários adversos; com capacidade analítica; bom relacionamento; orientado a resultado e clientes.
- Desejável conhecimento SQL;
- Experiência no mercado de seguros é um diferencial.
