**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Operational Analysis & Improvement**:

- Understand the current operating procedure, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes.
- Document processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference and training.
- Serve as a facilitator from the start to the end of analyzing clients' data, interpreting, finding the best alternative, and closing the deal by creating proposals for clients.
- Ability to build excel (including macros) templates and Power Bi templates from scratch.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and SQL.

2. **Proposal Preparation & Recommendations**
- Stay updated with carrier rates to guarantee that recommendations are competitive and beneficial for both company and clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver case-specific requests.
- Prepare proposals for clients based on leads.

3. **Data Management & Analysis**
- Write complex SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources and perform detailed analysis.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and optimization ensure data accuracy.
- Ability to handle large client data sets and collaborate with the sales team to deliver timely proposals.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Affinity with numbers and experienced in handling large customer data.

4. **Communication & Collaboration**:

- Maintain outstanding communication skills, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Collaborate with the billing team for billing, reconciling payments, and proposal assignments.
- Support client care team with account management for retaining existing clients.

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in data analytics, statistics, computer science or related field.**:

- **Minimum of three years of experience managing teams and/or working in a leadership position.**:

- **Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including macros and complex formulas.**:

- **Advanced proficiency in using SQL to perform detailed analyses and maintain databases and data systems.**:

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is advantageous.
- **Full working proficiency in verbal and written communication in English is required.**:

- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like Azure is advantageous.
- Ability to convert complex data into understandable insights for clients and internally to the management team.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Availability to work from 9 am Eastern to 6 pm Eastern.
