**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring a CX Campaign Operations Analyst for our **Customer Experience - CX** team in **São Paulo**

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Execute revenue optimization communications to customers and clients, supporting the business to improve revenue initiatives and scale sustainably;
- Identify process improvement opportunities to ensure seamless campaign operations to execute high-impact campaigns and react to business needs quickly;
- Project manage and oversee creative development and execution of each campaign;
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Finance teams to understand communication requirements and timelines, and with Analytics teams to collect audiences via Google Sheets and/or Excel;
- Build communication performance and results report to leadership and stakeholders by collecting data from Tableau and identifying strategic takeaways.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Experience in B2C and B2B marketing, preferably at technology companies that drive revenue through digital channels;
- Comfortability of owning end-to-end processes to implement automated digital marketing campaigns;
- **Being fluent in English, **and Spanish is desirable.
- Strong Communication and Written Skills **(Portuguese and English);**:

- Comfortable running QA processes in campaign automation to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution of marketing efforts;
- Familiarity with data management in Google Sheets and Excel. Experience with Tableau, a plus;
- Process-driven mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to find creative ways to optimize processes;
- Hands-on, organized, and with high attention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture;
- A team player with strong communication skills to work cross-functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders and thrive in highly collaborative and fast-paced environments.
