- Demonstrable experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer using Robotic technologies, particularly with Automation Anywhere
- Solid background as a Software Developer and within software development
- Extensive experience and understanding in amending code, testing and ensuring everything has been done ready to go live
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the Robotic Process Automation Development and technologies, especially around Automation Anywhere
- Experience of iterative developments
- Proficient in Automation Anywhere
- Strong customer facing experience

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in RPA Development (Automation Anywhere)
- Experience in C#, C++, VB Scripting, Java, Javascript, and (Python preferred)
- Experience in Agile Methodology
- Design, develop, test, deploy and document automation workflows and create reusable components.
- Excellent professional presentation and communication skills (written and verbal, formal documentation, diagramming, and modeling)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- High attention to detail and can multi-task effectively
- Self-starter with a “can do attitude”
- Trainable and a team player
- Automation Anywhere RPA Developer Advanced Certification is a plus
- Previous experience working with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and OpenSpan is a plus
- Knowledge of UiPath and other Automation or RPA technologies is a plus
- Knowledgeable/experienced in Power BI (Bonus) is a plus
- End-to-end lifecycle - Design, Build, Test, and Support is a plus
- OOP & API experience is a plus
