**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage and clean up a lead list of companies, to focus on high-potential prospects.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups, providing detailed reports on the outcomes and effectively communicating with potential clients to qualify leads.
- Showcase strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups, ensuring a streamlined lead management process.
- Participate in an extensive interview process, aiming to operationalize the role efficiently and align with client's standards for excellence. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies based on lead feedback and performance data, contributing to the continuous improvement of the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, with a proven track record in lead management and cold calling.
- Outstanding communication skills, both on the phone and in writing, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, reflecting a solid educational background in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in English and a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work remotely, demonstrating self-discipline and excellent time management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous.
