Estamos procurando alguém para se juntar à nossa equipe no escritório de **Florianópolis, São Paulo, ou 100% remoto** na função de **Consultor Salesforce.**

**Suas atividades serão**:

- O foco principal desta posição é não apenas configurar por meio de produtos Salesforce CRM e aplicativos estendidos funcionalidades mas ser um dos pontos de interface com o cliente, ajudando a definir a solução, a proporção, acompanhando sua construção e sendo corresponsável pela qualidade da entrega final ;
- Configuração através dos principais recursos do Salesforce CRM (como Objetos, Fluxos, Relatórios, Dashboards, Controle de SLAs, Configuração de Sites e Comunidades) e produtos estendidos (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud e Experience Cloud);
- Recomendação das melhores práticas de CRM nos níveis estratégico, tático e funcional para atingir os objetivos de negócios;
- Mapeamento das necessidades de negócio e cenário de produtos/funcionalidades e cocriação do blueprint para cada entrega;
- Gerenciamento de pendências e garantia de que as histórias de usuários estão homologadas com os negócios definidos, requisitos e prioridades;
- Briefing e acompanhamento da equipe do projeto e configuração/desenvolvimento;
- Revisão e garantia de que as entregas estão homologadas com as histórias dos usuários;
- Relatórios, análises e recomendações para otimização pós go live;
- Execução de treinamentos e criação de apresentações;
- Acompanhar os novos lançamentos, novos produtos, atualizações de recursos e descontinuações do Salesforce CRM.

**Requisitos que você precisa atender**:

- Graduado em áreas relacionadas a TI;
- Inglês avançado;
- Domínio dos recursos padrão da plataforma Salesforce. Conduzir técnicas considerando boas práticas para definição de uma solução técnica;
- Saber avaliar boas práticas de implementação e desenvolvimento da plataforma Salesforce;
- Leitura e compreensão de lógica e linguagens de programação;
- serão apreciados os seguintes conhecimentos: HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, REST e/ou APIs SOAP;
- Ter no mínimo 3 anos de experiência com Salesforce;
- Certificações: Administrador Salesforce, APP Builder, Sales e Service Cloud, Digital Experience.

**Consideraremos um diferencial se você tiver**:

- Conhecimento sobre mercado de Tecnologia e/ou Marketing;
- Espanhol intermediário/fluente;
- Certificações: Analista de Negócios, Salesforce Industries e Credenciamentos.
