**Job Summary**

The **Logistics Assistant** will be responsible for planning the calibrator schedules according to the nearest location and the lowest logístical cost. Monitoring and ensuring that the calibration process is completed.

**Key Activities**:

- Scheduling calibrations for approved calibrators
- Purchase airline tickets, buses, hotels and rental cars
- Feeding financial data into spreadsheets
- Sourcing new calibrators
- Qualifying calibrators
- Quality assurance - checking reports

**Qualifications**
- Education in Administration, Engineering or related activities
- Knowledge of planning and logistics
- Desirable: Travel agency experience
- Desirable: Knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001)
