**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Design Developer Senior who will be responsible for translating customer artwork and intent to a repro order following the Repro Submission Guidelines and Tetra Pak specifications. Your main activities will be satisfying customer and productivity demands. You will also be involved in the design creation process, improve artwork quality and printability. You will be supporting CSR (Customer Service Relationship) and Design Developers with graphical knowledge.

This position is based in Monte Mor - SP (Brasil).

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visa or relocation for this position.

**What you will do**:
As a Senior Design Developer you will:

- Perform conversion of artwork file to proof;
- Pre-flight and complete full design evaluation of customer artwork files;
- Ensure that our printing specification and OOS process are followed and respected;
- Understand customer intent and translate this to repro instruction, maximizing print quality depending on print method, while securing production efficiency and following repro submission guidelines;
- Secure design consistency for brand / family designs;
- Check that repro has completed the job according to all requirements and verify that customer intent is fulfilled;
- Drive improvements of customer artwork quality and suitability;
- Visit customer and agencies to discuss Tetra Pak design and print specifications, sharing best practice examples to improve overall quality;
- Support design handling process;
- Participate or lead WCM teams to improve design handling performance;
- Support CSR and Design Developers with graphical knowledge.

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor degree in graphic design or similar;
- PC or Macintosh literate (Advanced level of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) and basic MS Office;
- Esko Software and experience with related tasks would be considered as advantage;
- Excellent oral and written communication in English is required;
- Pro-active, solution oriented mind-set with the ability to keep tight deadlines;
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
