- Perform workers' health assessment and occupational exams (Admission, Periodic, Return to Work, Risk Change and Dismissal), including medical history, occupational history, clinical and laboratory evaluation, assessment of professional demands and compliance with current legal requirements.
- Diagnose work-related illnesses and accidents, including arrangements for physical and professional rehabilitation.
- Identify and assess health risks present in the workplace arising from the work process and forms of work organization and the main consequences or harm to workers' health.
- Monitor work environment factors and work practices that may affect workers' health, including sanitary facilities, canteens/restaurants and living areas.
- Provide advice on the planning and organization of work, including on the design of workplaces, the choice, maintenance, condition of machines and equipment, as well as on the material used in the work.
- Participate in the development of programs to improve work practices, as well as in the testing and evaluation of new equipment about health aspects.
- Provide advice in the areas of health, safety and hygiene at work, ergonomics and, also regarding individual and collective protection equipment.
- Evaluate and give an opinion on the toxic potential of risk or danger to the health of chemical products regarding their toxicity.
- Monitoring the health of workers in relation to work.
- Promoting adaptation of work to employees.
- Contribute to professional readaptation measures.
- Prepare opinions and/or reports.
- Collaborate in the dissemination of information, training, and education in the areas of health and hygiene at work, as well as in ergonomics.
- Organize first aid and emergency services (Continued Education Program for First Aid and CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), as well as Vaccination, Diabetes, Hypertension, and other campaigns.
- Participate in the analysis of work accidents and occupational diseases.
- Prepare individual medical records for employees with data obtained from medical examinations, assessments and complementary examinations, conclusions and measures adopted, which will be under the responsibility of the Outpatient Coordinator Physician at the outpatient clinic.

**Qualifications & Experiences**
- **Mandatories**
- Specialization in Occupational Medicine.
- Be registered in the RQE - Registration of Qualification by Specialty.
- Registration in the CRM.
- **Desirable**
- Experience working in the industry.
- 1 year of work experience.
- Knowledge of the SOC system.
