In the **Facilities Analyst** role, you'll be at the forefront of facility operations and event planning, using your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach to drive success in a fast-paced environment. Work closely with our team members and various vendors to ensure top-notch facility operations while creating unforgettable experiences for our team and attendees. With your adaptability and initiative, you'll manage day-to-day operations and organize exciting events, infusing your creative flair into our vibrant workplace culture.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Act as the primary liaison for vendors and suppliers, orchestrating preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities, equipment, and systems
- Conduct thorough inspections to pinpoint maintenance needs and elevate facility conditions
- Uphold facilities to impeccable standards reflective of Team Liquid's values
- Ensure a hospitable experience for players, communication teams, and attendees
- Curate on-site and off-site events, infusing your creative flair into our vibrant workplace culture

**What You’ll Need**:

- Proficiency in technical aspects of building management
- A passionate interest in esports and the gaming industry
- Availability to promptly address emergency calls beyond regular working hours
- Fluency in English

**You'll Earn Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Have expertise in contract negotiation and management
- Demonstrate adeptness in budgeting and cost control
- Exhibit a knack for process optimization and efficiency enhancement
- Have a proven track record of experience in waste management and space optimization

This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
