Nesta oportunidade, estamos à procura de um **Marketing Automation Consultant Pleno**
para se juntar à nossa equipe de **CRM e Marketing Automation** no Brasil.
**Principais atividades**:
- Configuração e set-up de modelos de dados;
- Gestão do assinante e seus dados relacionados;
- Implementação de processos de qualidade de dados;
- Implementação de integrações via FTP e MC Connect;
- Monitoramento de contas, auditoria, relatórios e análises;
- Colaboração nas configurações dos recursos estendidos do Salesforce Marketing Cloud produtos (Marketing Cloud Personalization, Customer Data Platform, Account Engagement, Intelligence and Advertisement Studio);
- Recomendação das melhores práticas de Automação de Marketing em níveis funcionais para atingir os objetivos de negócios;
- Mapeamento das necessidades de negócio e cenário de produtos/funcionalidades e atendimento no criação de blueprint para cada entrega;
- Criação de histórias de usuários alinhadas aos requisitos de negócio estabelecidos;
- Execução de testes unitários, evidências e ajustes para que as entregas estejam alinhadas com as histórias de usuários;
- Execução de treinamentos e criação de apresentações;
- Acompanhe os novos lançamentos, novos produtos e recursos do Salesforce Marketing Cloud atualizações e descontinuações;
**Requisitos**:
- Graduação completa em TI, marketing ou áreas de negócios;
- +2 anos de experiência em com Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
- Capacidade de se comunicar a nível intermediário/avançado em Inglês;
- Habilidades técnicas: Leitura e compreensão de lógica e linguagens de programação. Nós somos defensores do low code, nenhum movimento de código, mas o seguinte conhecimento será apreciado: APIs HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, REST e/ou SOAP;
- Boa comunicação e habilidades interpessoais;
- Apaixonado por compartilhar conhecimento e colaborar com outras pessoas.
**Diferenciais**:
- Desejável: Espanhol intermediário/avançado;
- Certificações desejáveis: Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Customer Data Platform and Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
