**How the day will look like**

You will work on our reinsurance team and will be responsible for initiating the claim process, both for optional risks and automatic contracts, having direct contact with brokers and insurers to send information. As such, you will be responsible for:

- Receiving claims requests;
- Prior analysis of the policy and contract;
- Control and sending accurate information;
- Suggest and contribute to procedural improvements.

In this position you will be able to bring all your claims knowledge to develop as a reinsurance claims specialist and assist the team in delivering projects; in addition to being part of a dynamic company that values its employees and seeks to grow together.

**Skills and experience that will lead you to sucess**
- Advanced Office Package;
- Proven knowledge of claim operations;
- Previous experience handling and analyzing contracts and policies will be considered an advantage;
- Be proactive and well communicative;
- Advanced English.
