**What are we looking for?**

**Main assignments**:

- Development and Implementation of Automation Strategies;
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test automation strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in testing processes;
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the software development life cycle: Test Design and Execution; Develop automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, security, and scalability;
- Execute automated tests in continuous integration environments and ensure build stability;
- Issue Identification and Resolution: Collaborate with developers and other team members to identify and fix defects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products;
- Continuous Improvement: Constantly evaluate testing processes and identify automation opportunities to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness in the development life cycle;
- Mentoring and Training: Serve as a technical reference for the QA team, providing guidance and training on automation practices and best testing standards;
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with development, product, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced/Fluent English;
- Knowledge of automation frameworks, BDD, Gherkin;
- Experience with web and/or mobile automation;
- Desirable knowledge in DevOps workflow (CI/CD), git, and AWS (S3);
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/);
- Experience in creating automation test scripts, requirement analysis, test case development, and test coverage testing.
