O escolhido integrará a equipe de **Planning & Performance**, tendo como principal atribuição a melhoria de performance interna da empresa.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
A área de **Planning & Performance **é responsável por encontrar lacunas, definir metas, planejar o atingimento de metas e melhorar os resultados da empresa em todas perspectivas temporais: longo prazo (formulação e revisão da estratégia), médio prazo (desdobramento de metas anuais, projetos e comitês, apoio à orçamento de receita e despesas, redesenho de processos) e curto prazo (implantação e melhoria de padrões).

**Para construir esse time conosco, a pessoa terá como desafios**:

- Analisar dados para tomada de decisões;
- Definir indicadores para diversas áreas do negócio;
- Analisar gaps, definir e desdobrar metas nos indicadores definidos;
- Apoiar e conduzir projetos de melhorias de resultados utilizando PDCA;
- Apoiar e conduzir iniciativas da padronização das atividades críticas utilizando SDCA;
- Apoiar o acompanhamento e controle de resultados;
- Mapear e reestruturar processos de negócio críticos da organização;

**Requisitos e qualificações** Perfil do profissional que buscamos**:

- Perfil analítico com bom raciocínio lógico;
- Foco em resultados;
- Bom trabalho em equipe;
- Boa comunicação;
- Hands-on;
- Vontade de aprender, com aprendizado rápido;
- Adaptável à mudança;
- Ensino Superior completo em Engenharias, Economia, Estatística ou Administração de Empresas, com até 2 anos de formado;
- Será um diferencial experiência prévia em função semelhante, participação em Empresas Juniores ou Clubes de Consultoria.

**O que é importante saber**:
Necessário domínio de Excel, pacote Office e inglês. Conhecimentos e experiência com KPIs, melhoria contínua e PDCA desejáveis. Power Query e Power BI desejáveis. Conhecimentos de programação desejáveis.

**Informações adicionais** O processo seletivo está dividido em três etapas**:

- Etapa 1: Inscrição, análise curricular e testes online;
- Etapa 2: Entrevista com a área de Talent Acquisition da EQI;
- Etapa 3: Entrevista com a área de Planning & Performance, incluindo dinâmicas, resolução de business case (case interview) e teste de excel.

**Obs: Cada etapa do processo seletivo possui caráter eliminatório**
