Technical Account Manager is responsible for ensuring a perfect experience w/ regards to Catalog and Operations of the Key Account partners.

How do we approach?

By pushing perfect inventory and payment integrations w/ our partners, enriching our catalog and creating data-driven preditive processes to provide better experience than the physical store. And challenging the status quo, always.

What exactly do we do?

We have basically two workfronts:
1. Accounts Management: relationship w/ our partners, guaranteeing that the accounts are performing accordingly and engaging partners to improve operations from their side as well;

2. Multidisciplinary Squads: squads were created to tackle issues structurally, in a collaborative framework w/ Central teams which have the capability to make it happen for all LATAM;

Here you'll have total accountability for your role and be hardly pushed to act like a humble scientist seeking the truth: what's the best for our Customers?
