About the Role

We are looking for an entry level Associate Order Processing Specialist that will be able to keep up in a fast environment. The company is growing quickly, and we need someone to come in and keep the status quo which is processing new sales orders daily.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all orders are processed on a daily basis
- Enforce policies to provide the best customer experience
- Work with different teams to answer questions and assist them with new orders

**Qualifications**:

- Be able to effectively communicate with Sales and Project Managers
- Is detailed oriented and organized
- Able to work well with others in a team manner but can self-motivate and work alone to complete daily tasks
- Willing to learn new processes in an ever-changing market as we introduce new products and features to support
- Proficiency in English
