**Descrição das Atividades**:
Envolvimento e apoio ao time de Corporate Finance no desenvolvimento de projetos de Valuation e M&A incluindo as seguintes atividades:

- Preparação de modelagem financeira para Valuation e PPA
- Realizar análises de demonstrativos financeiros (Balanço e DRE).
- Elaboração de materiais de apresentação de avaliação econômica.
- Preparar materiais informativos para processos de M&A, tais como Teaser, memorando de informações.
- Extrair informações do Capital IQ
- Realizar pesquisa de informações macroeconômicas e setoriais.

**REQUISITOS DA VAGA**:
**REQUISITOS E COMPETÊNCIAS TÉCNICAS**:

- Graduação cursando em Administração de Empresas, Economia ou Contabilidade entre 4º. e 6º. Semestre;
- Sólidos conhecimentos em Power Point e Excel.

**HABILIDADES DESEJÁVEIS**:

- Conhecimento básico em técnica de avaliação econômica (Valuation);
- Conhecimentos em matemática financeira, contabilidade e análise de demonstração de resultados.
