Young Apprentice

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Support the team or department by executing various administrative tasks as assigned and as per operating procedures or clearly established processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, classify, consolidates, and/or summarise documents and information
- Maintains records of processed documents and files
- Compile various regular checks and reports in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Maintain office supplies, stationary or other material
- Coordinate logistics for events, ordering supplies
- Handle paperwork, receipts or bills
- Make use of relevant system or software in accordance with detailed instruction and well-established processes.

As a public policy for the insertion of young people into the job market, the Federal Government created Law Nº 10,097/2000, establishing the Young Apprentice Program, with the purpose of promoting the training of young people regularly enrolled in an educational institution.

The program aims to promote the social inclusion of young people in the job market, aiming to develop theoretical and practical skills that help prepare them for the world of work.
