Tansportation Logistics Manager

**_Transportation Logistics Manager_**
- Salvex is seeking a dedicated and experienced Transportation Logistics with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing transportation activities, ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers or distribution centers. Your expertise in route planning, carrier selection, and freight negotiation will be essential in optimizing our logistics operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, analyze transportation data, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market share, maximizing revenue, and ensuring client satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues globally to grow our business, close deals, and manage the sales process effectively._

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Handle inspections & logistics.
- Manage inventory transportation coordination.
- Material Inventory Management and Inspections.
- Evaluate overseas booking requests, and select freight forwarders based on service and rate.
- Build a list of potential companies that could provide transportation services to our clients.
- Prepare required shipping documents for customs purposes.
- Coordinate with the departments on shipment requests.
- Uploading and edit asset listings.
- Negotiating sales between buyer and seller.
- Answering client questions.

**Requirements**:

- 5-10 years of experience with Logistics, Customs, and International Freight (trucking, customs, vessel freight)
- Experience in leading team members
- Excellent understanding of the Logistics and Transportation Industry
- Bachelor's Degree in International Trade or Logistics (desired).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **English**.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient with Skype.
- Access to a computer with fast/good Internet connection.

Employment Type: Contract

This is a remote-based, work-from-home contractor role. The compensation for this position is based on an hourly rate with additional commissions.

**Salary**: Up to R$47.00 per hour
