Passive Safety Systems (Division R) is carving out from ZF’s current portfolio to become an independentcompany. **Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables**
- Responsible for the Sales Planning and monitoring market information.
- Generate reports to analyze the market situation (Revenue / Market Share / Targets and Opportunities), as well as the information necessary for the company's Operational and Strategic Plan (OP/SP), such as quantities to be sold in the next 5 to 10 years, at part number level.
- Responsible for updating/maintaining M4C, data that have all vehicle platforms, forecasted volumes and products applied to each vehicle. Prices, givebacks, supplier of products, SOP/EOP, inclusion/exclusion of Targets and Opportunities.
- Responsible for the planning OP and SP with local and global teams.
- Support the sales team with product pricing activities.
- Update OEM/OES sales prices in the ERP system.
- Support Internal and External Audits of the Sales process, whenever they are carried out.
- Responsible to coordinate the quotation process.
- Commercial responsible for weekly CQA meetings & approvals.

**Required skills and experience / Main competencies.**
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or Economy
- Ability to prioritize and schedule daily tasks, time management skills.
- Business-fluent English skills required.
- Good Microsoft office and presentation skills (Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Power BI)
- Negotiating-skills, flexibility, fast learner and team player.
