Job Description: Looking for an additional role for a Product Owner/Business Systems Analyst, where the majority of the job responsibilities align with those typical of a Business Systems Analyst.
**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate within a Scaled Agile Scrum team to identify and prioritize RPA opportunities that align with business objectives.
Develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria for new stories in partnership with product owners and other stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, ensuring that they capture the needs of end-users and align with the overall project objectives.
Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for enhancement and automation.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes, including process diagrams, user guides, and system configurations.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth adoption of new automated processes by end-users.
Measure and report on the performance of automated processes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Experience**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
Solid experience in process automation domain, particularly with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in RPA projects, preferably with expertise in Power Platforms.
Strong understanding of business processes, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering.
Experience in writing user stories, creating process flows, and conducting stakeholder workshops.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to tackle complex processes and craft effective solutions.
Strong technical acumen with a thorough understanding of software architecture, data modeling, and integration principles, capable of effectively liaising between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic, Agile environment.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Ability to effectively map out and document process flow diagrams using visualization tools such as Miro, ensuring clear communication of processes and workflows to stakeholders across the organization.
