**O que você vai fazer na Darwin?**
- Elaboração, revisão e negociação de contratos diversos e procurações, incluindo gestão de prazos e renovações;
- Rotinas societária e corporativa, incluindo a elaboração de atos societários, e coordenação de registros e protocolos de documentos diversos junto aos órgãos competentes;
- Assessoria na avaliação de impactos jurídicos e normativos sobre as operações da Darwin, além de suporte em opiniões legais e pareceres regulatórios diversos;
- Assessoria em demandas e implementações de Compliance, LGPD, PLDT, treinamentos;
- Atendimento dos clientes internos;
- Gerenciar atividades administrativas da área, incluindo gestão de fornecedores e de pagamentos;
- Quaisquer outras demandas que surjam envolvendo temas jurídicos, especialmente os regulatórios.

- Experiência em Direito Contratual;

**Qualificações**:

- Inscrição ativa na OAB como advogado (a);
- Inglês fluente.
