**Your Responsibilities**
- Visit customers regularly and explore opportunities of industrial SteamTurbines Generator sets and further within Siemens Energy portfolio, includingpower generation complex projects involving other Siemens Energy BusinessesUnits;
- Plan and coordinate the sales activities under your responsibility, focusingin accomplish the sales targets and sales growth in the region/customers underyour responsibility;
- Analysis of Request for Quotations and Specifications from Customers. ConductGo/No Go and Bid/ No Bid decision making processes sessions;
- Present and follow-up proposals presented to the customers, monitoringcustomers decisions processes and buying centers, focusing on the order entry,including contract signature;
- Prepare win/loss analysis for the opportunities under your responsibilityproviding feedback from customers and lessons learned;
- Monitor information regarding market development and competition;
- Participate in fairs, congress, associated entities in the region;
- As a front face for Siemens Energy you will develop strong relationships withclients, identify business opportunities, enhance market transparency andincrease customer satisfaction;
- You will implement sales strategies defined by the management, have aself-motivated drive to enhance customer satisfaction and to reach the salestargets;
- You will manage sales activities interfacing with various Siemens Energyfactories, regional hub sales, project management, logistics and supply chainand Service teams and other Siemens Energy Businesses Units;
- Responsibility to comply and/or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines,and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

**Your Profile**
- You have 5 or more years of relevant experience in Sales for rotatingequipment (steam turbines, gas turbines, generators, compressors, blowers),preferably in the industrial power generation;
- You have a university degree in an engineering discipline, preferably inmechanical engineering ;
- You can understand customer requirements and can communicate theseeffectively within Siemens Energy organization;
- You have good negotiation skills with the ability to manage internal andexternal stake holders positively;
- You are a strategic think tank and an expert in value-add selling;
- You have excellent time management skills and are an out of the box thinkerwith a creative approach to problem solving;
- You are open to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and havedemonstrated ability to work as a team player;
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of time;
- English and Spanish at professional working proficiency level;
- MS-Office Software skills;
