**Job Summary**
- Responsibility for the country CCPL Businesses and PSB Segment in Sri Lanka. To lead the PSB segment in the country in a profitable manner within the set parameters, policies, and guidelines while heading the CCPL products and businesses. To establish the PSB segment and CCPL products as core contributors to the WRB Segment in the country. Responsibility in managing and growing the PSB, CCPL businesses in the country with P & L and balance sheet responsibility.**Key Responsibilities**
- Product Head Role for Credit Cards**Strategy**
- Design the broader level, specific objectives for Credit Card products / proposition and engage in planning, Implementing, controlling strategic / tactical initiatives to ensure a sustainable growth of the business while ensuring full compliance to applicable governance framework.
**Business**
- Maximize business performance opportunity (revenue, profit and other related KPIs) for Credit Cards.
- Manage all direct costs related to Credit Cards
- Design, develop and launch new Credit Card products and promotions in line with the New Product Governance Process
- Keep abreast with the market information and ensure competitor tracking and benchmarking exercises are done on timely manner.
- Identify and analyse industry trends and respond to them proactively with suitable strategies.
- Initiate ideas for new services and added benefits related to Credit Cards.
- Work with Acquisition and Deepening teams on products and new initiatives at planning and execution stages.
- Manage day-to-day MISs / KPIs / Volume Trackers and make decisions to accelerate business growth.
- Ensure right Sales Governance Culture is embedded at the front line by supporting them with required trainings, materials and process guidance.
- Manage Credit Card system related jobs (technical) in order to ensure that right product parameters are set and platforms support the current product management architecture.
**Processes**
- Ensure the implementation of appropriate systems and operational processes to measure and manage KPIs and profitability.
- Roll out all required MISs / Analytics for Credit Cards.
- Assure that all process notes related to Credit Cards are current. Any changes to the processes to be made with the consensus of all stake holders at the earliest.
**Product Head Role for Personal Loans**
**Key objective of the role**:
- Drive sustainable growth in Personal Loan product while engaging in planning, Implementing, controlling strategic / tactical initiatives complying to applicable product governance framework.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Drive Business Momentum**
- Drive PL growth agenda by initiating and executing campaigns and other portfolio programs.
- Maximize business performance opportunity (revenue and other related KPIs) for Personal Loan product.
- Accountable to drive the Personal loans volume and revenue for CPBB and meet respective product KPIs / Budgets
- Keep abreast with the market information and ensure competitor tracking and benchmarking exercises are done on timely manner.
- Identify and analyse industry trends and respond to them proactively with suitable strategies.
- Initiate ideas for new services and added benefits related to Personal Loans.
- Work with front line on products and new initiatives at planning and execution stages.
- Manage day-to-day MISs / KPIs / Volume Trackers and make decisions to accelerate business growth.
- Ensure right Sales Governance Culture is embedded at the front line by supporting them with required trainings, materials, and process guidance.
**Segment Head Role for Personal Banking Segment**
**Key objectives of the role**:
- Focus on the propositions/solutions, communications, and experiences suitable for Personal Banking clients.- Growth strategies for Personal Banking client segment
- Scale the delivery of Personal Banking client experiences, leveraging on digital and data
- Service the personal segment by focusing on salaried clients (EB) who are more profitable by driving transactional client growth (CASA growth, DC spend and assets growth)
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support lead generation to grow Personal Banking client portfolio.
- Effective portfolio management initiatives to grow cross selling & more deepen client relationships to grow profitability.
- Develop Client Value Proposition, service and relationship management model that is distinctive, market-leading, and scalable, while being consistent with the global strategy and framework. Collaborate with respective products, sales, and service teams to implement the same.
