**Associate for CIB Finance & Business Management - Legal Entity Control**

**Responsibilities Include**
- Supporting LEC covering BR GAAP requirements, including responsibilities related to oversight of financial reporting associated with the J.P. Morgan legal entities;
- Conducting analysis over month-end process, including coverage of financial instruments accounting (fixed income, equities, derivatives), balance sheet variance analysis and associated controls;
- Support in the preparation of financial statements in BR GAAP, managing deliverables with external auditors and participating in the press release process;
- Active participation on internal projects such as system migrations, new business initiatives and regulatory reporting changes associated with local GAAP;
- Providing support on internal requirements which includes: internal audits, metrics and control-driven regional initiatives;
- Assistance on analyzing GAAP differences between US GAAP and BR GAAP.

**Qualifications Include**
- Bachelor degree in Accounting;
- Broad knowledge of financial services businesses and products;
- Broad knowledge of BRGAAP requirements;
- Minimal 3 years of experience working with accounting in Financial Institutions;
- Strong technical, relationship building and communication skills (written and verbal in Portuguese and English);
- Excellent time management and organization skills, ability to handle multiple timelines and working on complex projects.
