**Your Job**
Guardian do Brasil is seeking to hire a Tax Coordinator / Specialist located in Campinas. This person will be responsible to manage all income tax process, including income tax calculation, offset request, transfer pricing policy, IRS mailbox, DCTF, ECF, among other.

**What You Will Do**
- Assist the Senior Manager with local Brazilian tax compliance processes (income tax) with both internal resources and external tax advisors.
- Assist the Senior Manager with management and oversight of transfer pricing compliance requirements:

- Provide local tax technical expertise and analysis in support of local business operations.
- Ensure company have the appropriate records and processes to support tax audits with focus on areas of highest risk.
- Identify and communicate potential value-added opportunities to tax and business team when appropriate.
- Manage and provide support for tax audits or informal queries from the tax authorities.
- Oversight and review of tax accounting records for reasonableness and accuracy.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Approximately 5 or + years of Brazilian tax experience (Income Tax) with an emphasis in tax compliance processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, Law or Finance.
- Highly motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with ability to effectively manage and prioritize responsibilities.
- Verbal and writing skills in English.
- Team-player with ability to form relationships and motivate others.

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience in a Big 4 firm preferred.
- Experience in transfer pricing rules and regulations.
- Experience with CIT deductibility rules, regulations, and best practices.
- Tax accounting knowledge.
- Experience with ECF / ECD.
