As a Commercial Consultant, you will lead projects to improve critical business processes that drive financial results. You will be able to scope moderately complex projects; develop project plans and business cases. You will be asked to train and lead improvement project teams. This role will lead projects focused on improving machine pricing strategies, tactics, and processes.

**Job Profile / Activities**:

- Identify opportunities for training and organizational engagement
- Proactively plan team meetings, All Employee Meetings, training, etc.
- Coordinate external speakers and topics of interest to the team
- Create and present content for team meetings
- Consolidate monthly newsletter content and distribute
- Triage organization’s support inbox
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert on organizational website access
- Propose process improvements for access reviews and processes
- Identify organizational insiders for reporting purposes
- Ensure multi-channel communication throughout the organization
- Provide project support as needed to support simplification and standardization efforts within organization

**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor's Degree in Business related field of study

**Experience**:

- 7 or more years of professional level experience in pricing, accounting, finance/treasury, or marketing role
- Prior experience exhibiting project management skills
- Exposure to Pricing and/or Merchandising tactics

**Language**:Pre Advanced English

**Travel**:10-15% travel is expected

**Behavioral skills**:Ability to portray written and verbal communication skills; analytical and problem-solving skills to identify solutions; sense of urgency to complete tasks on time to meet goals or deadlines; planning and organizational skills while working with a worldwide team
