As the Mill Liner Manager - Amazon, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' technical needs through one-on-one visits, building strong relationships through effective communication, and ensuring product quality by overseeing the design process.

**Responsibilities**:
- Understand the customer: Arrange visits to customers to understand their technical needs and solve problems.- Effective Communication: Use communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and clearly communicate technical requirements to design engineers.- Design Process Oversight: Ensure quality and technical accuracy by overseeing the design process.- Technical Proposal Development: Analyze customer needs and associated costs to develop cost-effective technical proposals.- Continuous updating: Stay abreast of market trends and adapt commercial and product development strategies accordingly.- Collaboration and Commercial Strategy: Work with the management team to develop a technical-commercial strategy that supports regional growth and product success.- Interdepartmental Relations: Establish effective relationships and facilitate communication across functional areas and departments.- Collaborate with R&D: Work with the R&D team to identify development opportunities and provide technical and market insight.- Technical Skills: Possess technical skills to perform field measurements using specialized equipment such as laser scanners to support engineering and design activities.

What you bring- Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.- 5 years experience in a similar position- Intermediate English- Project management skills.- Basic knowledge in FEM and DEM simulation.- Laser scanner knowledge.- Commercial skills and business strategies.
