**Our Exciting Opportunity**

We are now looking for a Technical Writer to work with Ericsson 5G products. Your role will include all development activities such as: writing product documentation, requirement analysis, government reports, etc. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We are working with the teams in which continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work

Ericsson Digital Services helps service providers prosper in the digital economy. We provide solutions consisting of software and services in the areas of Digital Business Support Systems (BSS), Operational Support Systems (OSS), Cloud Communication, Cloud Core, and Cloud Infrastructure. The portfolio is focused on 5G-ready, cloud-native, automated, and industrialized solutions to secure a smooth digitalization journey towards 5G.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write comprehensive, clear, and well-structured documentation; this includes APIs, SDK, product, and infrastructure documentation
- Good Communication skills: demonstrably excellent communicator
- Experience in writing API documentation
- Exposure to Open API 3 specification
- Examples of your Technical Writing on public URLs
- Self-organized and autonomous when required; while adept at building relationships within other cross-functional teams (remotely)
- Master at quickly grasping complex technical concepts and making them easily understandable
- Experience in receiving feedback
- Experience with a wide range of technical writing for example, user guides, help articles, high-level overviews, API documentation, knowledge base documentation, UX microcontent
- Comfortable with remote work, especially in collaboration with others across countries and time zones.

**You will bring**
- Create, revise, publish, and continuously improve the documentation in collaboration with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Work in Agile development environments, documenting APIs with the ability to understand and write sample code
- Review and edit documentation for all new and enhanced features.
- Conduct reviews and revamps of section or page content and structure
- Supplement developer documentation with relevant sample code to reduce ground-up efforts of external developers.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of our documentation through feedback analysis, support tickets, and interviews
