It is looking for new qualified profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:_

**Scope and Purpose**:
Under the supervision of the Chief Risk Officer("CRO") of Intesa Sanpaolo Brasil S/A, the Senior Analyst will handle tasks related to risk management functions, i.e. market, credit, liquidity, operational and Assets & Liabilities Management (ALM) as well as Regulatory requirements as assigned by Chief of Department.
- Support the CRO in the maintenance of risk policies, manuals and procedures for the Risk Management functions to ensure a proper and timely Management's awareness of the Bank's exposures to Market, Credit, Liquidity and Operational Risks in accordance to ISP Group´s risk policies and guidelines;
- Support the CRO in preparing materials for the ALCO;
- Support the CRO in preparing the Capital Plan and any other mandatory report required by the local regulator or by the Parent Company
- Handle the assessment, measurement and controls of the Bank's exposure to different types of risk, particularly to market, interest rate, counterparty, credit, operational and liquidity risk;
- Monitor on a daily basis the liquidity position of the Bank and the respect of liquidity limits as assigned and inform the CRO in the event of potential breaching of such limits;
- Measure, validate and monitor on a daily basis VaR, pricing od bonds, MtM of derivatives, sensitivities, greeks and other relevant risk figures regarding Treasury Dept.
- Quantify and monitor the total exposure by individual risk factors and relative capital absorption;
- Perform stress and worst-case scenarios tests as instructed by the CRO in order to evaluate the impact of different market scenarios on risk profiles, income and capital absorption for the Bank in order to ensure a proper ALM;
- Review the pertinence of all Risks limits according to market conditions, business plan and ISP Group guidelines as instructed by the CRO;
- Ensure the review of all risks (Market, Credit, Liquidity and Operational) associated with new activities or products and in ensuring that the infrastructure and internal controls in place are adequate prior to commencing new activities or offering new products as directed by the CRO;
- Perform any other activity related to risk management matters as requested and assigned by the CRO;

**Required Experience**:
At least 5 to 8 years of experience in risk management in large domestic bank or International Banks

**Competencies Required**:

- Bachelor Degree - post graduation degree desirable
- Good Knowledge of market and liquidity risk analysis and monitoring
- Good Familiarity with Capital and Asset-Liability Management
- Knowledge of credit and Operational risk analysis and monitoring
- Deep knowledge of quantitative methodologies of risk assessment
- Accuracy and deadlines respect
- Team work attitude
- Portuguese and English fluent
- Familiarity with risk management and capital market platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters)
- MS Office, including VBA (Excel and Access) and SQL

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with Brazilian banking and financial instruments
- Familiarity with credit risk management and credit rating models
- Knowledge of RAF/ICAAP Framework
