Environmental Superintendent

**The role**:A residential opportunity in NSW for an experienced Environmental Leader, who will play a key role in developing, implementing and maintaining environmental processes to ensure that the operations comply with all relevant legislative requirements across 3 mine sites.

**Location**:Regional NSW (Residential)
**Salary**: $165,000 - $175,000 + Benefits + Super + Housing + Healthcare
**Roster**: Residential Mon - Fri

**Reports to**: Health, Safety, Environment & Training Manager
**Direct Reports**: 2

**Core responsibilities**:

- Corporate and statutory reporting
- Maintain site environmental compliance
- Strive for zero non-compliance matters
- Work towards requirements of relevant legislation's
- Ensure that critical documents are tracked
- Ensure permitting renewal processes are completed
- Plan rehabilitation targets
- Audits of site environmental processes
- Develop corrective action plans
- Ensure individual and team personal development goals are achieved
