As an Installation Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing an operational plan for the own department.
- Testing and validation of an equipment, facility or plant in accordance to the design objectives or specifications for operational use. - includes Performance Services, Performance tests
- Conveying technical information both to clients and to colleagues out of other functions.
- Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
- Being a supportive role in knowledge management gathering data and storing them in a system.
- Customizing projects to client needs.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree with solid experience in Project Management (+ than 2 years)
- Demonstrate good experience in turbomachinery commissioning
- Show good oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have led initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Show the ability to influence others and lead small teams. Proven analytical and organizational ability
- Be fluent in English and have an Intermediate level in Spanish
