The HR professional will act in a wide range to ensure that all of the unit's HR process systems run effectively, as well as acting as a strategic partner to the manufacturing unit's leadership in achieving the expected results, leading initiatives such as organizational design, talent acquisition and talent management. Also, accountable for maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards. Will be responsible for performance appraisal, goal setting process, succession planning calibration, talent review and development actions. Collaborates as HR support in preparing and participating in negotiations with employees and labor groups. The position is located in Canoas/RS and will report to the Sr. Human Resources & Employee Relations Manager

**Your Impact**
- Contribute to the site strategy by helping leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.
- Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the site and assist site leaders in providing employees with development opportunities that align with current and future performance standards.
- Develop and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
- Responsible for hourly performance management.
- Employee relations strategy and attend legal requirements (PCD and Apprentice).
- Manage the local cafeteria contract and SLA.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Complete Bachelor´s Degree
- Fluent English is required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
