Team Overview:
As an important part of comprehensive risk management, post-loan collection is crucial in reducing risk losses. The collection team is a dynamic team that is both compliance and results-oriented. We have collection operations team, collection strategy team, data analysis team, outsourcing management team and QC team. Every communication with the debtor is a credit re-education for the customer, which helps to promote the credit system of the whole society. Credit is undoubtedly an intangible asset for everyone, and it is important for everyone to maintain a good credit history, as it affects all aspects of everyone's work and life. Role Responsibilities:

- Remind overdue customers by phone, SMS, WA and other channels;
- Urge and guide overdue customers to make timely repayment to maintain good personal credit records;
- Truthfully record the collection, and try to obtain or update the overdue customers information;
- Responsible for implementing compliance management requirements and ensuring compliance operations;
- Complete other tasks assigned by team leaders.

Role Qualifications:

- Good communication skills in Portuguese;
- More than 1 year working experience in phone collection;
- Responsible, cheerful, positive, flexible, quick thinking, strong negotiation and communication skills;
- Like challenging work and can work under pressure;
- Familiar with the operation process of phone collection;
- telephone sales, telephone customer service, business negotiation and other related work experience is preferred;
